several issues:1) filter/search tool is useless, it never shows all the items that fit the filters. you could filter out one style, or search for that style or find them from the menu and get 3 different sets of items. 2) cannot use the robochat. typing into the box does nothing. 3) cart limit. once you reach the 30 item limit,it just deletes the oldest items?? no notice or warning,just an error code in cart. also 30 item limit, when most of the items sold are tiny,soft and compressible, is wild

I love everything about the app except for one thing. You cannot heart / put things in your wishlist favorites. The heart icon never appears in the corner to be able do so. Please fix this and make it an unlimited amount. Your merchandise is of high quality which makes it expensive. Being able to check my favorites list to see if something has gone on sale makes it so much more affordable and easier to buy. And makes it easier for my significant other to know exactly what I want too.

Used to order from the app all the time especially after they closed the store close to me. However now I can't even order from the app because I can't see my cart The entire page where I used to be able to see items in my cart is now covered by a weird page with some of the total amount due on it .Can't add discounts, rewards or anything else!! It's this way for both Pink and VS apps . I have tried everything and nothing works. It's been this way for over a year with no fixing.1 less customer
